Only four things are required — your name, email, what it is and the idea itself. Everything else helps us quote more accurately, but leave it blank if you haven't decided yet.

Before you ask
How much does a custom piece cost?
It depends on size, complexity and quantity — which is why we quote each brief individually rather than publishing a fixed price. Send us your idea and you'll have a quote within 12 hours, with no obligation.
How does payment work?
Custom work is 50% in advance to begin production, with the balance due on delivery. Printing starts once the advance is confirmed.
How long will it take?
Most pieces take about 2 to 7 days once the design is approved. If you have a deadline, tell us in your brief and we'll confirm whether it's achievable before you commit.
Can you work from my photo or sketch?
Yes — a photo, a sketch or even a rough description is enough to start. Send your brief and reply to our email with any files attached.
What materials can you use?
We print primarily in PLA and PETG on Bambu Lab P2S Combo machines. We'll recommend the right one for your piece based on how it will be used.
Do you deliver outside Kathmandu?
Yes. Inside the valley delivery is Rs. 250 and free on orders of Rs. 3,000 or more. Outside the valley we ship by tracked domestic courier — the fee is confirmed with your quote.
